I'm happy to say that I've got a computer again. For those of you who haven't called in the past few days looking for me, I've been the victim of an unstable computer. Fortunately, I've been good about backing up my jobs (a DVD of the original files, a copy of all the working files on an external harddrive, and now an off-site server that backs up each night). To my knowledge I didn't loose any customer files. Whew!! That made this easier, but not easy. I'm still trying to get all of my data on my new system.
I have to brag about my IT guys at
www.ironcomet.com.Todd and the guys are awesome. They backed up my harddrive and once it became apparent that my old computer was unstable, they custom-built my new system....in a DAY! (They are in Georgia and I was leaving the next day to come back to NC.) I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have a 'go-to' source when you are having trouble. I don't think I could have gone through this without them.

This has been a long time coming, but we finally have the ability to allow our clients to order a DVD of our WebShows --right online! While we have been able to provide these on a CD for a while, DVD compatibility was out of reach. Now, with the help of the fine folks at Showit Web, we can provide your favorite WebShows on a DVD that will play right in your player at home. (No more snuggling up in front of the computer monitior. ;o) And it's so easy. Just click on the menu button at the bottom of the show while it is playing and click on the 'Order DVD' icon. ( A text box will pop up to let you know you are in the right place.) Fill out your order and the DVDs will come right to your door. Now how's that for easy? All WebShows from this point on will have this feature. If you would like a DVD of your past show, and you don't see the icon, just let me know and I will update your WebShow site so that you can take advantage of this wonderful new product.
